Cancellation by Skill Banao

Skill Banao reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course up to 14 days before the course’s first day. In such cases, registered students will be notified within 1 business day and will receive a full refund of the paid amount. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrolment to the next available batch.

Skill Banao is not responsible for travel expenses or any other costs that may be incurred as a result of such cancellations.

Cancellation by Students (Courses)

Registrants who wish to cancel their course 7 days or more before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.

No refund or carry-forward of course fees will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the course start date.

No refund will be provided once the first live session has been attended or the course materials have been accessed.

If a cancellation is accepted, the refund will be credited to the student’s bank account electronically after any applicable taxes or gateway charges are deducted. Students must provide their mode of payment and bank account details in the cancellation email.

The fees paid for one participant cannot be transferred to another participant under any circumstances.

Webinars

Once payment is made for a webinar, no refunds will be provided. If you’re unable to attend, you can request to join a future session. We’ll try to accommodate based on availability.

EMI Payments

For enrolments made via EMI, refunds (if approved) will be processed as per the third-party EMI provider’s terms. Processing fees or interest charges may be deducted. Please do not stop your EMI payments until the refund is formally confirmed by the provider.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. EMI-based refunds may take 15–30 business days, depending on the provider.
